Anthony brings extensive business management experience to his role, gained from owning and growing a number of companies that specialise in helping businesses grow at both a corporate and individual level. His career has focused on securing senior strategic hires, teams and business acquisitions for a broad range of organisations, from SMEs through to FTSE 100 and 250 companies.

Synchronicity works alongside property, accountancy and legal advisory practices to place their most consequential hires, Managing Partner, CEO, COO, CFO and other board level appointments where the right person changes the trajectory of the business and the wrong one costs far more than a search fee.

These are relationship led mandates. Partner led firms have their own governance, culture and politics, and a search at this level has to be handled with the same discretion the client would expect from any senior adviser. We work closely with boards, management committees and remuneration committees throughout, often on a confidential and retained basis.

Alongside executive search, Anthony leads Incrementum, Synchronicity's sister company providing growth advisory, M&A and fundraising support to the property and financial services sectors. Since 2011, the team has advised on business sales, acquisitions, mergers and disposals for entrepreneur owned businesses, private equity backed companies and larger corporates.
