Our contact forms are limited to these fields, we don't collect postal addresses, financial details, or other information through the website itself.

We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry and, unless you tell us otherwise, to keep in touch with you afterwards about relevant opportunities or services. We do this on the basis of legitimate interest, it's a reasonable and proportionate use of your information given that you contacted us directly, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Where we act as an executive search firm and hold basic candidate information (name, current title, company, role, and contact details), we do so under the same legitimate interest basis, this is necessary for us to carry out search and placement work on behalf of our clients.

We will never seek more sensitive information, such as ethnicity, salary details, passport or visa/right-to-work information, without first obtaining your explicit consent. This information is only requested once you've agreed to move forward in a specific process.

Your basic contact details may be shared with a prospective employer (a client of ours) only once you have given your full, explicit consent for that specific introduction.
