Anthony brings extensive business management experience to his role, gained from owning and growing a number of companies that specialise in helping businesses grow at both a corporate and individual level. His career has focused on securing senior strategic hires, teams and business acquisitions for a broad range of organisations, from SMEs through to FTSE 100 and 250 companies.

As Managing Director of Synchronicity Group and Incrementum, Anthony takes a hands-on role leading assignments, corporate acquisitions and client relationships. He has led the real estate team for over twenty years, partnering with some of the most exciting, innovative and well respected companies in the sector.

Anthony and the team are client led, and pride themselves on a proactive approach. Their ability to provide creative solutions to what are often niche or highly competitive pools of talent lies at the heart of the team's success.
