the most effective way of targeting and selecting the best person
for a role.
Expert knowledge of a sector is crucial, as is an extensive
network and considerable finesse handling those key and often
highly sensitive positions. We have all these qualities.
We also have the verve and tenacity to get the detail right
at all stages – often making the crucial difference when a top
candidate decides whether to take a job.
Our search process gives a feel of how we get our clients the
right results:
Upon confirmation of mandate, Synchronicity will immediately
engage our in-house Market Intelligence team to build a full
comprehensive list of candidates within the requested marketplace
and level and within the targeted geographical location.
Once this list has been assembled, the Synchronicity Senior
Consultant will individually approach each candidate to assess
their interest and suitability. This will initially be by telephone
and then with a short informal meeting. At this stage we will
also catalogue a number of different criteria, which will assist
in the profiling of each candidate. These criteria would normally
be around current employment details (salary, bonus, etc) and
personal details, such as motivations, ambitions and any personality
characteristics that we feel would be beneficial to the role.
We would however incorporate any additional profiling you may
want to include.
Once the Senior Consultant has finished the candidate assessment
process we will then present our entire findings. (You may wish
for candidates to be presented as we find them). Upon your selection
we will then arrange convenient meetings with each candidate
for interview. Co-ordination for further interviews, negotiations,
and offers will be managed by Synchronicity however we will
respectfully acknowledge and adhere to any processes you may
wish to follow.
Once you have selected the candidate you wish to engage, we
can fully assist with the negotiation process facilitating a
streamlined agreement of terms.
We also fully check references at any stage within the process.
We continue contact with both placed candidates and client organisations
to ensure a smooth and successful first year in post.
