Synchronicity Group head office is based on the Knepp Castle Estate, a 3500 acre estate in West Sussex, just south of Horsham.

The Estate is a beautiful setting which boasts 2 castles. The original Knepp Castle, built around 1200 which now stands as a ruin, and the current Knepp Castle - a beautiful 200 year old castle designed by famous architect John Nash. We are also surrounded by an 80 acre lake, and numerous Polo fields - home to The Knepp Castle Polo Club.
